Where is Sea Salt located?

Sea Salt is a beachfront home on Great Guana Cay in the Abaco Islands of The Bahamas. It's a short walk or golf cart ride from the ferry dock in The Settlement. Once home, the ocean is just steps from the back of the house, offering immediate access to one of the island’s most beautiful white-sand beaches and sweeping turquoise views.

How do we get to Sea Salt?

Travel to Sea Salt is straightforward and part of the island adventure.

Guests fly into Marsh Harbour Airport (MHH) on Abaco. From there, taxis are readily available and happy to assist with luggage and grocery stops. Many guests choose to visit one of Abaco’s full-size grocery stores before heading to the ferry.

From Marsh Harbour, guests take the G&L Ferry to Great Guana Cay. Upon arrival, Sea Salt’s property manager meets guests at the dock and transports them and their belongings to the house on this charming golf-cart-only island.

Who will greet us on arrival?

Sea Salt’s on-island property manager personally welcomes guests at the ferry dock and brings them to the home. She is available to assist with arrival logistics, questions during your stay, and departure arrangements.

Can additional services be arranged?

Yes. Optional services can be arranged directly through the property manager, including:

Sea Salt is equipped with a full-size generator that automatically provides power during island outages. Air conditioning systems restart gently after brief delays, and whole-house surge protection is installed to safeguard electronics.

What should we know about departure?

Departure is easy and relaxed. Guests simply notify the property manager of their plans, and she will transport them to the ferry dock. There’s no need to strip beds or manage laundry—everything is taken care of for you. Guests are kindly reminded to log out of any personal streaming services before leaving.
